About the Department of Sanskrit

The Department of Sanskrit was established in Barjora College in the year 2006. It started with the program course in 2006 but later started the honors course in 2012and since then its running successfully. There are five faculty members in this department. The Department focuses to impart value education to the students and encourage them in all spheres enabling them to have a better future. The relationship between teachers and students in the Sanskrit department is quite close. As a result, students often seek guidance from teachers, not only in academic matters, but also when they encounter personal or career-related problems. Teachers have been working tirelessly to provide academic and career advice to students.
